At Muscle & Joints, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or circumstances may change. Please review our policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@musclejoints.com with your order number. After this 12-hour window, your order will have entered the processing and shipping phase, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee as stated on our product pages. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund within 24 hours of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@musclejoints.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, typically 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

•Downloadable software products

•Some health and personal care items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@musclejoints.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@musclejoints.com.
